  • Potato 2 (French fries cut)
  • 3 tbspMustard oil
  • 1 tspcummin seed
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • Salt as par taste
  • 1 tspAamchur powder
  • leavescoriander

  1. 1

    Heat the oil & crackle zeera

    Add potato & salt saute well than add bhindi too fry fr 4 mnt on a medium flame

    Add all the masalas mix well, cover & cook fr 10 mnt (stir in between)
