    Crush 1 onion and parsley in a food processor.

    Transfer into a bowl and add mayonnaise, hung curd, rock salt and spices. Mix all well.

    Take brown bread and cut in heart shape using a cookie cutter.

    Spread mayonnaise mix on all bread pieces.

    Put cucumber, onion and tomato slices on 1 piece of bread then keep another piece of bread on it and make sandwiches.
