Make a checklist keep alll ingredients close by. Soak saffron in warm milk for 10 minutes to extract color and aroma.

Heat ghee in a pan. Roast cashews, walnuts and almonds on low heat until golden. Add raisins and sauté until they puff up. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add poha and roast on low heat until crisp and aromatic.

Pour in condensed milk and saffron milk. Stir gently to combine, letting poha absorb the flavors.

Add cardamom powder and half of the roasted nuts and raisins. keep the grater over the saucepan and grate nutmeg. mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.

Halwa is readyy. Transfer to a serving bowl Serve warm, garnish with remaining nuts, and rose petals for a festive touch. if you have sweet tooth you may add honey, mix and enjoy
Tips
For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a splash of rose water or a sprinkle of nutmeg.
