Preheat oven to Gas Mark 4. Add 4 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil too a empty Stainless Steel Frying Pan that has a oven proof handle. Add the Cold water washed Chicken Thighs too the Frying Pan and then add each One tablespoon of Vegetable Oil over the top of the 4 raw Chicken Thighs on their Bones. Do add like a Sea Salt too flavour the raw chicken. Sear on the highest hob heat for 2 minutes on the One sides and then turn over and sear for One minute on the other sides

Place the Chicken Thighs in the oven within the oven proof Frying Pan and then roast in the oven at Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes and then turn them over and continue too roast them for a further 30 minutes. Do allow too rest for a few minutes outside of the oven and without it being on a lit Gas hob

Boil roughly chopped raw Cabbage for 30 minutes on the highest hob heat and then transfer too a large metal Mixing Bowl and keep cooked Cabbage in the hot water within the large metal Mixing Bowl

Boil the peeled potatoes for 30 minutes and once done is just a matter of transferring 8 cooked potatoes too each Dinner Plate

Place One or Two sheets of Kitchen Roll on a separate Dinner Plate and then add the wet drained handful of cooked Cabbage over the top and then is just a matter of distributing the cooked Cabbage too 2 Dinner Plates with the cooked potatoes too One side of each Dinner Plate

Add 2 roasted Chicken Thighs too each Dinner Plate and then season with some pinches of Table Salt. Is nice too add some mayonnaise to the hot cooked boiled potatoes
