Squeeze and Slightly brown off your chicken sausages in a pan over a medium heat.

Roll out your pastry and place your cooked chicken sausage down the middle of your pastry.

Start to roll it like you are rolling a roulade, when you get to the end put a splash of water on it and pinch it so it seals shut.

Cut your sausage roll In half and Brush over egg wash and sprinkle with a little sea salt and pepper if you would like too.

Pop into the oven at 200c for 15-20 minutes.

Allow to cool and enjoy 😍
