  • 500 gYogurt (strained overnight)
  • 1 cupPowdered sugar
  • 10-12Saffron (soaked in warm milk)
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 2 tbspChopped dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
  • 2 tbspFresh cream

    Strain yogurt overnight in the refrigerator to remove excess whey.

    In a bowl, mix strained yogurt and powdered sugar until smooth.

    Add saffron milk, cardamom powder, and fresh cream. Mix well.

    Fold in chopped dry fruits.

Tips

For an extra touch, you can garnish with additional chopped dry fruits or a sprinkle of saffron on top before serving.
