Wonderful tender potatoes with aromatic forest mushrooms, accompanied by other vegetables, will be a wonderful side dish or a separate dish.
Mushrooms can be absolutely any, or none at all.

Wonderful tender potatoes with aromatic forest mushrooms, accompanied by other vegetables, will be a wonderful side dish or a separate dish.

Cut peeled carrots and potatoes into arbitrary pieces. Fry mushrooms with onions in a small amount of vegetable oil.

In a convenient bowl, put together the potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and onions. Add spices and salt. Mix well. You can add a little vegetable oil.

Place the vegetables in a sleeve or baking bag. Tie the ends. Make a few holes on top to let the steam out. Bake in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Usually the baking time depends on the potatoes and the oven of course. When the potatoes are ready, open the sleeve and let them brown for another 15 minutes, approximately.
