Mushroom egg sandwich

it is homemade sandwich where we prepare healthy option.
Steps

Take mushroom and clean it then cut into small pieces and coat it with red chilli powder salt and turmeric powder.now toss this mushroom for 2 -3minutes. Now take another bowl and add gram flour and wheat flour in it.

Now add red chilli powder salt and little bit Garam masala in it and make a better like pancake batter.

Now take a pan put some oil and add mushroom and again soute it for 2 minutes then spread our batter on mushroom spread it properly put some oil from side corner after 2-3 minutes flip it and then add two eggs mixture on the surface. Also add mix herb. After 2 minutes again flip this roti and add slices of cheese at half portion.

Then cover the half portion with another half and make a taco. After 2 minutes switch off the gas and cut into two pieces and enjoy your sandwich with sauce or chutney or as it is.
Tips
You can try this sandwich with dip also.
