Soft layers chapatis
I hope you will enjoy how I made my chapati.
Steps

Warm your water and add salt. Mix the flour and water to form thick dough.

Add 1 glass of cooking oil to the dough and mix. Leave for about 30mins.

Spread a big piece of the dough on your table then cut into horizontal strips.

Fold the dough strips to form round layers.
- 5
Spread flour on your table or cooking oil then using a round pestle spread your dough into round circles.

Preheat your pan and spread some cooking oil
- 7
Place your round circle dough on the hot pan and cook first side till spots appear then turn and cook the second side.

When ready place them in aluminum foil to keep them moist
- 9
Serve with vegetables or stew or for morning tea.
