I came up with this when I had a few ingredients that needed to be used... mainly being green beans! I was making an italian inspired meal, so I tried to stick to that. The family loved them so i thought I'd share.

I came up with this when I had a few ingredients that needed to be used... mainly being green beans! I was making an italian inspired meal, so I tried to stick to that. The family loved them so i thought I'd share.

Heat skillet with olive oil and add fresh green beans, onions, garlic. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Sauté for another 5 minutes, then add cherry tomatoes.

Turn heat down to low and let simmer for about 15 minutes.

Once green beans are cooked add the feta on top.

Try not to eat the entire thing!
