Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gLubias (green beans)
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 LWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and trim the lubias.

  2. 2

    Bring 1L of water to a boil in a pot.

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp salt to the boiling water.

  4. 4

    Add the lubias and boil for less than 10 minutes until just tender.

  5. 5

    Drain and serve.

Tips

Adding salt to the boiling water helps season the lubias and keeps their color bright.
