  • 2large slices white pizza crust
  • 2 1/2 tablespoonsTaggiasca olive spread (about 40 grams)
  • 1 1/2 ouncesprosciutto (about 40 grams)
  • 1 3/4 ouncesstracciatella cheese (about 50 grams)
  • 6fresh basil leaves
  • as neededExtra-virgin olive oil,

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Toast the slices of white pizza crust in a skillet until golden and crispy.

  2. 2

    Spread the Taggiasca olive spread over the warm slices.

  3. 3

    Layer the prosciutto on top.

  4. 4

    Add the stracciatella cheese at the end, off the heat.

  5. 5

    Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
