  • 2 cupsGreek yogurt (nonfat, plain)
  • 1and 1/2 (peeled and chopped, about 1.5 cups) Sweet mango
  • 1 tspMango extract
  • 2 tsp(for topping, adjust to taste) Honey
  • 1/2 cup(diced, for topping) Extra sweet mango

    Add Greek yogurt, 1.5 cups chopped mango, and mango extract to a mixing container.

    Blend with a stick blender until completely smooth and creamy.

    Pour the mixture into a yogurt strainer.

    Let it strain in the refrigerator until thickened to your liking.

    Spoon into bowls, top with extra diced mangoes and drizzle with honey before serving.

Tips
