Overnight Oats, Chia Seeds and Banana Smoothie (Healthy no cook breakfast recipe)

Overnight Oats and chia seeds, a super healthy, nutritious, no cook breakfast just perfect for kids/adults to keep full, good for digestion or heart health. I preferred to blend oats but it can be enjoyed as it is. You can use any sweetener but for me raisins, bananas were enough to make it sweet.

Steps
- 1
Soak chia seeds and oats in milk overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2
In the morning, add the soaked mixture, fresh bananas, chopped cashews or any nuts in a blender.
- 3
Add few drops of culinary essence for flavour but it is optional or you may use cinnamon powder or Cocoa powder.
- 4
Add more milk if required. Blend into a coarse mixture or enjoy even without blending.
- 5
Top it with few more banana slices, cranberries, raisins and serve.
Tips
For added sweetness, consider adding honey or maple syrup. You can also top with nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
