Ingredients

1 loaf
  1. 3(very ripe, mashed) Bananas
  2. 1(melted, about 50g) Butter
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 1 pinchSalt
  5. 1 tspCinnamon
  6. 4 tspBaking powder
  7. 3 tbspSugar
  8. 2 cupsFlour

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. 2

    Mash the very ripe bananas in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add melted butter and mix well.

  4. 4

    Beat in eggs, then add sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

  5. 5

    Sift in flour and baking powder, mix until just combined.

  6. 6

    Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.

    Bake for about 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Tips

Let the bananas ripen at room temperature for about 2 weeks for best results.
