Did briefly look under the Packaging of the Shop bought Fridge vacuumed Pack of raw Salmon fillets did mention a Cooking time in the oven of 20 minutes , but I got advice from the Internet for cooking Salmon fillets in the oven - Gas Mark 6 for 12 to 15 minutes , did cook mine for 20 minutes and the cooked Salmon tasted nice

Ingredients

30 minutes
1 Person
  • 3raw Salmon fillets
  • 6 tbsp.Olive Oil
  • 6 pinches each Salt and Black Pepper
  • 800 g peeled Albert Bartlett Rooster Potatoes
  • 2 bundles middle sections of Spring Onions
  • 4 tbsp. Olive Oil too fry blanched potatoes and onions

Steps

    Preheat oven to 400 oF/ 200 oC/ Gas Mark 6

  2. 2

    Peel the potatoes, Cold water wash and chop the potatoes on a thin Plastic Chopping Board etc. into equal small squares and allow to soak in Cold tap water within a large metal Mixing Bowl. Be rustic and cut the Green parts of the Spring Onions and allow to soak in Cold water as well. Boil the potatoes and Spring onions for 10 minutes in ample amount of the Cold water

    Drain the boiling water down the Kitchen Sink and then in a large Stainless Steel Frying Pan add the 4 tablespoons Olive Oil and then add the cooked potatoes and stringy Green Spring onions and then shallow fry on the lowest hob heat for 20 minutes

    Place Olive Oil on a Dinner Plate and then coat on all sides of the raw Salmon fillets and season with salt and Black pepper or grinds of Black Peppercorns. Place Baking Parchment Paper on a Baking Tray and then skin sides down - place the raw Salmon fillets on the Baking Parchment Paper on the Baking Tray and cook in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes, no need too turn them over

    The Sauté potatoes will require turning as well as the cooked Spring onions with the use of a Wooden Spoon. Use the Wooden Spoon too transfer the cooked potatoes and Spring onions to a Dinner Plate and then transfer the cooked Salmon fillets to the Dinner Plate as well and then enjoy eating it, but be careful there might be some Salmon bones within the cooked Fish
