A very quick side dish for Chappathi, Naan or rice.
Steps

Cut paneer into cubes. Chop onion, tomato finely. Soak paneer cubes in hot water for 10 mins.

Heat butter in a pan, add onion, tomato, Ginger garlic paste one by one. Saute well
- 3
Add turmeric, red chili, coriander, garam masala powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.

Add paneer cubes, mix well. Close and cook for 10 mins.

Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves.. Mix and serve hot.

Tips
For extra flavor, you can sauté the paneer cubes in a little oil before adding them to the masala.
