Steps
- 1
For the baskets, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and mix in the lemon juice with a spatula.
- 2
Place in a piping bag and place in a baking pan lined with baking paper.
- 3
To shape the basket, first make it like a small ball around which we spin a circle for the first time and repeat as two floors of that circle or better said like a bigger ring.
- 4
Bake at 110 degrees for about 2 hours or until it gets a nice brown color.
- 5
Leave the cooked cream to cool and add the blended custard to the cooled mixture.
- 6
Fill the cream into the filling bags as desired, but wait for the baskets to cool.
- 7
Decorate with fruit as desired.
- 8
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- 9
They can be eaten immediately, but they are better cold from the refrigerator.
- 10
When storing them in the refrigerator, place them in a vacuum container.
- 11
Enjoy😊
