Ingredients

20 pieces
  • 500 gAll-purpose flour
  • 250 gButter
  • 120 mlCold water
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1Egg (for egg wash)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, salt, and butter until crumbly. Add cold water to form a dough. Chill for 30 min.

  2. 2

    Roll out dough, cut circles, fill with your preferred filling, fold and seal edges.

  3. 3

    Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 180°C for 25 min until golden.
