California Farm Chicken Burgers

Parmesan Cheese Crusted chicken breast burgers, oven broiled, make great finger food, served on small sour dough buns. Taste extra special with Andalouse mayo sauce, recipe in here.
Chicken burgers can be served hot or can be frozen for future use. Chicken breast patties taste best when 3/4” thick without the crust. With the crust on, they are a juicy 1” thick.

Slice open sour dough rolls, place under 500F degree broiler, toast insides, set aside.

Brush rolls with mayo or Andalouse sauce.

Brush toasted side of rolls with mayo or Andalouse sauce, stack bottom half with lettuce, onion, tomato.

Slice baked chicken breast and spray with olive oil, press into grated Parmesan cheese, lay on oven baking tray under broiler till golden.

Stack broiled chicken parmesan breast on tomato.

Ripe Hass avocado slice on top of the broiled chicken breast, dab of mayo or Andalouse sauce on top.

Put toasted rolls on top. Serve or freeze up to a month.
