It’s a savory pancake made from besan (gram flour/chickpea flour).
Very quick to make, healthy, and also gluten-free.
Steps

1. In a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, rava, turmeric, salt, and water. Whisk into a medium-thick, smooth batter. Rest for 10 minutes.

2. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa. Pour a ladle of batter and spread thinly like a dosa. Drizzle a little oil at the edges.

3. Once the base is half cooked, spread 1 tbsp Schezwan chutney on top.
Sprinkle all the prepared veggies, corn, paneer, cheese, coriander, and season with chilli flakes & chaat masala. - 4
4. Fold the chilla and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
Tips
✨ Tip: You can also make it like onion , cheese, a cheese burst pizza chilla by adding extra cheese before folding 😋
