California Farm KC Barbeque Sauce

I found this sauce in the cooking section of the New York Times and did pork ribs, four with that recipe, and four with my old recipe.
I then modified both recipes to tone the sauce down. To adhere the sauce well to the ribs, use the sauce chilled.

Make or buy organic ketchup, warm a cup.

Make or buy organic apple cider vinegar, warm.

Make or buy agave syrup, warm.
- 4
Warm spices in warm ketchup, vinegar, syrup, stir till well dissolved, taste sauce. Now chill sauce so syrup in the sauce will adhere well to the ribs.

Add drops of liquid hickory smoke, taste sauce.
- 6
Brush two layers onto slabs of ribs, both sides, oven bake with meaty side up. Taste ribs for final sauce taste test.
