Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 piecesPork chops
  • 30 gAll-purpose flour
  • 2 gSalt
  • 2 gBlack pepper
  • 2 gGarlic powder
  • 100 gButton mushrooms
  • 60 mlRed wine
  • 60 mlHeavy cream
  • 150 gGreen beans
  • 50 gCheddar cheese (for potatoes)
  • 2medium Potatoes
  • 20 gButter
  • 40 mlMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge in flour.

  2. 2

    Pan-fry pork chops in oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

  3. 3

    In the same pan, sauté sliced mushrooms. Add red wine and simmer until reduced.

  4. 4

    Stir in heavy cream and cook until sauce thickens.

  5. 5

    Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with butter, milk, and cheddar cheese.

  6. 6

    Boil or steam green beans until just tender. Season as desired.

  7. 7

    Serve pork chops with mushroom wine cream sauce, cheesy potatoes, and green beans.

Tips

For extra flavor, consider adding herbs like thyme or parsley to the mushroom sauce.
