Paneer tikka
Steps

Collect paneer,onion, tomato and capsicum. Rinse sndut into square cubes.

Take a wide bowl. Add curd, ginger garlic paste and all spice masala powders and lemon juice, mix well.

Add the vegetable cubes and mix well. Sprinkle little kasuri methi mix well and keep it in the refrigerator for three to four hours.

Remove from the refrigerator,take a skewer and insert the paneer, onion, tomato and capsicum

Preheat the OTG at 180 degree celsius and arrange the tikka skewes in the baking tray and grill tikkas for twenty minutes turning over the skewers in between for even cooking.Tikka is ready.

Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Enjoy the super tasty paneer tikka with diwali lunch.
