Ingredients

5 minutes

  • 5-6green garlic with cloves
  • 5dry red chillies
  • 50 grams roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 tspoon cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean and wash green garlic.

  2. 2

    In a mixer grinder add garlic cloves, cumin seeds,salt, peanuts and red chillies.Grind coarsely.

  3. 3

    Heat a tadka pan add oil and grounded chutney.Saute till oil separates.Serve with sorghum bhakri.
