Ingredients

30 mins
4-6 people
  1. 1 Packfrozen Tilapia Filets. Mine had 6 pcs
  2. For the Asian style:-
  3. 3Fillets cut in half lenght ways
  4. 2 TbspSpoon Miran
  5. 1 TbspLight Soy Sauce
  6. 1 TbspGrated freash ginger
  7. 2 Clovesgarlic thinly sliced
  8. 1 TbspFinely Chopped spring onion Greens to serve
  9. For the Spicy Style:-
  10. 3Fillets cut in half lenght ways
  11. 2 Clovesgarlic thinly sliced
  12. 2 TbspSalted Melted Butter (or use olive oil for lighter version)
  13. 2Green Chillis finely sliced
  14. 2 TbspLemon or lime Juice
  15. 1/2 tspSalt (to Taste)
  16. 1Stem corriander or Lemon Slices or both to serve
  17. 1/2 TspSmoked Pakrika

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    For both - lay 2 large pcs of alu foil ontop counter top (double thickness) then add the fish fillets then all the other ingrediants. the fold over the foil into an envelope to seal. Put onto a baking sheet.

    Pre head oven to 190c and bake for 30 mins until fish is flaky. Serve immdiately with rice or anything - REALLY delicous. - ENJOY :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
