For both - lay 2 large pcs of alu foil ontop counter top (double thickness) then add the fish fillets then all the other ingrediants. the fold over the foil into an envelope to seal. Put onto a baking sheet.

Pre head oven to 190c and bake for 30 mins until fish is flaky. Serve immdiately with rice or anything - REALLY delicous. - ENJOY :P
