Crispy Potato Balls

These crispy potato balls is one of my favorite appetizers to make, especially in the fall!
It's golden and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside. Imagine a crunchy shell with a melt in your mouth potato center!
The best part? It's made with just potatoes, cornstarch, and seasonings!!
