Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2large ripe pears or Nashpati8
    Sweet and Spicy Pear Chutney
  2. 2 cupsfresh, thick yoghurt
    10 minutes Dry Fruits Malai Punjabi Lassi
  3. 1 teaspoon each of salt
  4. cumin powder
  5. 4 tablespoonchopped mint leaves
  6. 1small piece of ginger, chopped
  7. 1 tablespoonhoney
  8. 1 teaspoonper glass finely chopped pistachio to top with
  9. 1 slicepear per glass to garnish
  10. 4fresh mint leaves per glass to garnish

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First, wash and dry the pears. Cut them into halves and remove the seeds. Then cut into small cubes. Chop the ginger into small pieces.

    Take a bowl, add yoghurt, chopped mint leaves,ginger, cumin powder, honey, salt, chopped pears and mix well.

    Blend this mixture till smooth. Add ice cold water to adjust the consistency.

    Pour in serving glasses, garnish with a slice of pear, some chopped Pistachio bits, mint leaves and serve it chilled. Enjoy.

Tips

Make sure all the main ingredients are chilled.
Add any other sweetener as per taste.
If you don't have pear you can substitute it with apple, green apple, sitaphal, guava or plum too .
