Steps

Peel and grate (or crush) the pumpkin.

Grease a pan with ghee, add the grated pumpkin and 2 tbsp ghee.

Stir gently and add a little milk. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring in between.

Add sugar, mix well, and cook covered for 3 minutes until sugar melts.

Keep stirring till the mixture thickens and water evaporates

Add milk powder (or mava), mix well, and cook for a few minutes.

Add 2 tbsp ghee, stir nicely.

Add fried dry fruits and cardamom powder.

Pour the mixture into a greased plate, spread evenly, and let it cool.

Cut into burfi pieces, garnish with nuts, and serve with love 💛
Tips
You can also add desiccated coconut for a richer taste.
Reduce milk if the pumpkin is watery.
