All the ingredients needed in photo form.

Cut spaghetti squash in half and scoop the seeds out.

Drizzle olive oil, season to taste, and bake spaghetti squash at 400F for 40-60mins. Face up= al dente texture Face down= softer and more moist

While that is baking, make the filling by sautéing onions and garlic in olive oil for 2-3 mins.

On medium heat, add in ground turkey and season to taste.

When ground turkey is about 80% cooked, add in diced mushrooms and marinara sauce.

Let that come to a gentle boil and add in spinach.

Once the spinach is cooked, top with parmesan cheese. Cover with lid and turn off heat.

Scrape and fluff the spaghetti squash strands.

Add in filling and top with red pepper flakes
