Wash all veggies properly. Keep aside

Take roasted peanuts and remove skin. Chop all veggies. Steam chopped broccoli for five minutes.

Take a big bowl, mix all veggies. Put black pepper powder, lemon juice, peanuts, salt and honey. Give it a good mix. Serve
Tips
You can add tofu or cottage cheese to this salad.
