To prepare sauteed vegetable slices all the vegetables.

Heat the pan and add oil and saute all the vegetables till it is a little soft add salt and oregano.Keep it aside

To prepare steak mix all masala and oil and spread on paneer on both sides

In the same pan roast the paneer on both sides using little oil

To prepare beetroot curd

In a mixing bowl add hung curd and all ingredients and mix well add little water if required to make a smooth consistency.

Assembly

Take a bowl and spread sauteed vegetables and place paneer steak on top of it followed by beetroot curd.
