Pour the cooking oil into a frying pan or cooking pot and add the onions and garlic followed by the bell peppers.Stir for one minute then add the tomatoes and stir for a minute then add the chopped cucumber.

To the mixture add the Royco and salt and stir for a minute,do not add water yet.

Finally add the chopped liver to the mixture and finally stir and add water if you like liver with soup but if you don't continue stirring only adding a few tablespoons of water until the liver is well cooked and then serve alongside Ugali,or rice and Sukuma wiki for a well balanced meal.

The meal should serve three to four people depending with the serving....
