Multi Seeds are the rich source of essential nutrients ,ease for guts bacteria,we often consume mouth freshner after food which gives good digestion to our body ❣️
Steps

Take All the Seeds like Fennel,Sesame and mix them salt and turmeric powder by sprinkling them some water for 10 minutes minimum and keep a side (optional)

I make this Mukhwas or Freshner on regular basis so I have already soaked it in water salt and turmeric powder and also roasted them earlier

We can directly Roast Fennel and Sesame Seeds without any soaking in salt and turmeric powder

Coraindar (Dhanya dal)is as already salted and roasted,so need to do them again

Roast Pumpkin Seeds and Flax Seeds

Roast each for 3-4 minutes till they are cracked nicely

Mix All the Seeds together

Now take the Rose Gulkand and mix everything together with your hands

Once everything nicely mixed can be stored in Airtight containers for few days 👍

Enjoy the yummy Mouth freshner after your every meal,tastes amazing and keeps your digestive system healthy 😋
Tips
Roasting each Seeds and then add Rose Gulkand will make your Mouth Freshner more fresh and Crunchy flavoured till they are finished 😋
