Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gJapanese sweet chestnuts (cooked)
  • 50 gSugar
  • 150 ml(divided into 2 portions of 75ml each) Heavy cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend 200g cooked Japanese sweet chestnuts, 50g sugar, and 75ml heavy cream until smooth.

  2. 2

    Add the remaining 75ml heavy cream and blend again until fully combined and creamy.
