First, wash mint leaves. Wash amlas also. Separate the mint leaves and immerse in water to remove impurities. Chop the amlas also.

Take chopped amla, and mishri in a mixie jar. Squeeze in lemon juice. Crush first. Now add in the mentioned dry masalas.

Now add in the mint leaves. Add in some water and churn again.

Strain the crushed mixture

Add water and strain well. Add in pomegranate pearls, if available for a surprise taste. Fill the glasses and consume immediately for best nutritive value.
