Ingredients

1 hour (Prep 40 min, Cook 20 min)
4-5 people
  • 500 gminced beef
  • 1onion, finely chopped
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • Salt and pepper
  • sheetsSamosa pastry
  • Oil for frying

Steps

1 hour (Prep 40 min, Cook 20 min)
  1. 1

    Cook beef with onions and spices until dry.

  2. 2

    Let the mixture cool.

  3. 3

    Fill pastry sheets with beef and fold into triangles.

  4. 4

    Deep fry until golden brown.

Tips

Best served with: Mint chutney or tamarind sauce

Cool the filling completely before stuffing to avoid tearing the pastry.
