Zuppa Tuscana
A lower carb version of olive garden zuppa soup
Steps

Saute Italian Sausage and crushed red. in a large pot. Drain excess fat, and set aside as you cook other ingredients

In the same pan Saute bacon, Onion & garlic for approx 15 mins. or until the onions are soft.

Mix together the chicken bouillon and water then add it to the onions, bacon & garlic cook until boiling
- 4
Add veggies and cook until soft approx 30 min
- 5
Add heavy cream and cook until thoroughly heated
- 6
Stir in the Sausage
- 7
Add fresh Kale and sour cream toppings to bowl just before serving
