Ingredients

1 hr
6-8 servings
  • 1 lbground italian Sausage (pork or turkey)
  • 1 1/2 tspcrushed red peppers
  • 1Large diced White Onion (or 1 tbsp dried onion
  • 4 Tbspbacon pieces (pork or turkey)
  • 2 tsp.garlic
  • 10 cupswater
  • 10 cubesChicken bouillon
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 1Ib. Sliced Ruset potatos (or 1 Large head of cauliflower)
  • 2 cupschopped kale (1 cup fresh as topping
  • 2 tbspSour cream as topping

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute Italian Sausage and crushed red. in a large pot. Drain excess fat, and set aside as you cook other ingredients

  2. 2

    In the same pan Saute bacon, Onion & garlic for approx 15 mins. or until the onions are soft.

  3. 3

    Mix together the chicken bouillon and water then add it to the onions, bacon & garlic cook until boiling

  4. 4

    Add veggies and cook until soft approx 30 min

  5. 5

    Add heavy cream and cook until thoroughly heated

  6. 6

    Stir in the Sausage

  7. 7

    Add fresh Kale and sour cream toppings to bowl just before serving
