Ingredients

  • 1 litremilk
  • 500 gramssitaphal
  • sugar as per taste
  • strandsfew saffron
  • 1/2Elaichi powder
  • 1 cupChopped almonds and cashew

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    In deep pan add milk keep stiring on low flame till reduce half.Add sugar,saffron strands and Elaichi powder.

    Now in Chopper add pulp of sitaphal remove seeds.

    Now the milk cool add pulp of sitafal mix and chopped nuts.Cool in fridge.Serve cold.
