Wash palak. Boiled palak in water.

Add salt and sugar in boiling palak for remaining green colour.

Strain water. Add palak in mixie jar.Blend and make smooth paste.

Grind tomato, ginger,green chili and onion.Make puree.

Take a pan. Heat oil and add hing and cumin seeds. Add onion tomato puree. Fry it till release oil.

Add curd.Mix properly vegetable.

Add palak paste.Add salt red chili powder and garam masala.Cook and add paneer cubes.

Cook for 5 minutes.Ready palak paneer.Serve Palak Paneer with paratha.
