Tomato Coconut Saar
Steps

Grate fresh coconut and extract 1 cup coconut milk.

Boil tomatoes in water for 10 min, then peel and grind to a puree.

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin, garlic, ginger, and chili paste. Sauté until fragrant.

Add tomato puree to the tadka, cook for 2 min.

Pour in coconut milk, add salt and sugar, simmer for 2 min. Serve hot.
Tips
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili paste according to your taste.
