  • 2Chopped Carrot
  • 1 tbspghee or olive oil
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1small onion sliced
  • 1 tsppepper powder
  • 4-5garlic cloves
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1tej patta

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Firstly in a cooker add ghee.When hot add Tej patta,garlic and onion Cook for 2 min.

    Add chopped carrots and water cook for 3 to 4 whistles

    When cools down grind into paste.Strain it.

    Again boil it Add salt and pepper powder.Serve it hot with coriander leaves
