First take methi, green garlic, coriander leaves chilli, tomato, ginger wash and chopped properly and put in individual vessel. Now big vessel put on gas add oil let it hot then add cumin seeds crackle then add chopped chilli &ginger paste stirring then add green garlic let it soft.

Now add tomato and spicy masala and salt. Few water add let it hot then add fenugreek leaves stirring and cook 2 minitus.

Now roasted besan add and cook 2 minitus in slow flame. Tasty and yummy Lasooni fenugreek is ready garnish with coriander leaves. You can eat in lunch or dinner with roti ya bhakhri in winter season.
