Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gSalmon fillet
  • 2 piecesMorenita chiles
  • 2 clovesGarlic
  • 500 mlTurkey stock
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • 1 pieceBay leaf
  • 50 g(shredded) Cabbage
  • 1 tspMiso powder
  • 1 tbspChili oil
  • 1 tbspCooking oil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Sear the salmon fillet in a pan until golden, then set aside.

  2. 2

    Toast morenita chiles and garlic in oil until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Blend toasted chiles and garlic with turkey stock.

  4. 4

    Return mixture to pot, add black pepper, paprika, and bay leaf. Simmer 10 min.

  5. 5

    Top with cabbage and chili oil

Tips

Adjust the amount of miso powder and chili oil to taste for desired flavor intensity.
