Steps

Take a bowl. Add semolina, rice flour, cumin seeds, carrom seeds, salt and mix well. Now add water and make the batter like dosa.

Heat a pan and grease it with oil. Now pour the mixture on greased pan with spoon and spread it like dosa batter.

Fry the ghawan both side by pouring little bit oil on sides and remove from the pan. Repeat the process and make remaining ghawan.

Take another bowl add roasted peanut powder, curd, red chilli powder and salt and mix well. Now add water gradually and make peanut chutney.

Serve Ghawan with Peanut Chutney. Enjoy.
