  • 200 gbutton mushrooms
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 2dry red chillies
  • 1 tbspsoaked cashews
  • 1 inch piece of tamarind
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspjaggery powder
  • 3-4 clovesgarlic
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 tbspcoriander for garnish

  1. 1

    Heat butter, and saute mushrooms with salt

    Dry roast the whole spices. Then blend with remaining ingredients to form a gravy paste

    Again heat butter, add gravy, and water as per consistency, let it cook. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 mts

    Add coriander and serve hot with paratha
