Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.

Add meat, brown on all sides.
Stir in tomatoes and spices, cook 5 min. - 3
Add water/stock, simmer 15–20 min until meat is tender and sauce thickened.

Hollow out bread loaves, fill with curry, and serve immediately.
Tips
Use soft white bread and serve fresh; the curry can also be slightly thickened for easier scooping.
