Steps

Collect fresh palak, clean and rinse well with plain water. Drain the water completely and chop the palak and onion. Keep it aside.

Boil the potatoes and remove the skin.

Keep a kadai on medium heat add ghee, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and chopped onion and palak. Saute until it turns soft.

Add potato pieces fry for few minutes. Then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Close the lid for few minutes. aloo palak is ready to serve.

Enjoy the healthy and tasty aloo palak with roti, Chapathi and rice.
