Boil the veggies in salt water and dry them.

Now dry roast the spices mixture and grind them.

Now coat the veggies, with spices

Heat the oil, and then cool a bit. Pour and mix well.

Lastly add a tsp of vinegar, and store in container. Ready to serve but tastes more better after 2-3days
