Wash and cook amlas in pressure cooker for four whistles.

Take a big mixing bowl add amla and mash by masher.Add black salt, cumin seeds, carom seeds, asafoetida and mix well.

Take a big plastic sheet.Take a small ball of amla mixture and flatten by hand.(See Pic)

Keep in sunlight 🌞 for two days.When dried completely Store in dry container.It lasts till 1 year.
